Parking: Only disabled parking will be available in the school grounds during the Jubilee.
Friday, 24th October 2014

•   Registration sign-ins: 9.00am – 3.00pm and 6.00pm – 8.00pm in the Hall Foyer.
  
•   Classrooms open for visiting: 9.30am – 12.30pm. Senior Students will act as tour guides;
  please come to the Hall Foyer to be assigned a tour guide.
  
•   Archives exhibition: 9.30am – 12.30pm in the Music Room.
  
•   Morning Tea for Past Staff, BOT, PTA and present staff: 10am- 11.30am in the Hall
  
•   Photo of entire School: 11.00am on the Field
  
•   Friday evening Mix and Mingle: 7.00pm- 11.00pm in the Hall. CASH BAR ONLY (no EFTPOS,
  cheques or credit cards).
  Saturday, 25th October 2014
  

•   Registration sign-ins: 9.00am-11.30am and 5pm – 7pm in the Hall Foyer.
  
•   Archives: 9.00am – 11.30am in the Music Room.
  
•   Photos: Decade photos 9.00am – 9.45am. All gather in the Music Room at 9.00am for
  instructions.
  
•   School Tours: 9.00am – 11.00am. Come to the registrations desk for a map and information.
  
•   Official Opening: 10.00 – 10.20am at the Jarrow Place entrance.
  
•   Morning Tea: 10.20 – 11.00am in the Music Room.
  
•   Cutting of Jubilee Cake: 11.00am in the Music Room.
  
•   Production: 11.30am – 1.30pm in the Hall.
  
•   Pre-dinner drinks: 6.00pm – 7.00pm in the Hall. CASH BAR ONLY (no EFTPOS, cheques or
  credit cards).
  
•   Jubilee Dinner: 7.00pm – 11.00pm in the Hall. CASH BAR ONLY (no EFTPOS, cheques or
